2G Bat Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1 Account Registration and Eligibility

To use 2G Bat, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information. The minimum age for registration is 18 years. By submitting a registration, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you are eligible to use the platform in accordance with these terms.

You are permitted to hold only one account on 2G Bat. If it is found that you have opened multiple accounts — whether under different names, different phone numbers or with the assistance of another individual — all accounts associated with you may be suspended and any outstanding balances may be forfeited.

• You must provide a valid mobile number that you personally own and control.
• Your account name must match the name on your payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account, etc.).
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow a third party to use your account.
• 2G Bat reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as a CNIC copy) to verify your identity at any point.
• Accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds held may be returned or forfeited at the platform's discretion.

2 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits made to your 2G Bat account are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and other approved mobile wallets. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts for each method are displayed in the payment section of your account dashboard.

Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in your own name are not permitted. If a deposit is made from a third-party payment account, 2G Bat reserves the right to reverse the transaction, withhold winnings associated with those funds, or suspend the account pending investigation.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within a few minutes, depending on the payment channel.
• 2G Bat is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's processing systems.
• All deposited funds are for gaming purposes on the 2G Bat platform only.
• 2G Bat does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the withdrawal terms below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible, or to a payment method registered under your verified name.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before the first payout is processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals associated with active bonus wagering requirements will be placed on hold until those requirements are completed.
• VIP tier affects withdrawal processing priority — higher-tier accounts receive faster handling.
• 2G Bat reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual or inconsistent with your regular account activity.
• Processing times vary by payment channel: JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically the fastest, followed by Raast and Bank Transfer.

If your account is found to be in breach of these terms at the time of a withdrawal request, the withdrawal may be suspended pending investigation. 2G Bat is not liable for any delays arising from your payment provider's own processing timelines or technical issues outside of our control.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 2G Bat offers bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and other incentives to both new and existing account holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be wagered according to the applicable rollover requirement before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise stated at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and possible account suspension.
• 2G Bat reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, 2G Bat's interpretation of the applicable terms will be final.

Bonuses credited to VIP accounts as part of the loyalty programme are subject to the same fair-use policy. Points earned through the VIP programme cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash equivalent outside of their designated redemption mechanics.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed through the Sports Betting section — including cricket markets for PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series, football and esports — are governed by the specific betting rules applicable to each market. Bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended after placement.

• All game outcomes are determined by the platform's certified random number generation systems or, in the case of live sports betting, by the actual results of the event.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the platform. 2G Bat reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time for any market.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live casino game, the hand or round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance.
• 2G Bat reserves the right to void any bet placed under circumstances that suggest exploitation of a system error, odds error or platform malfunction.
• Cricket markets — including PSL match outcomes, top batsman, over-specific runs and wicket markets — are settled based on official match results from the governing body. Abandoned matches are settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method or voided depending on the market type.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed before bet confirmation.

6 VIP Programme Terms

The 2G Bat VIP Programme rewards players across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. VIP points are earned automatically on every real-money bet placed across any section of the platform — Sports Betting, Live Casino, Slots and Fish Games. Points from all sections accumulate into a single pool that determines your tier level.

• VIP points are awarded based on the total PKR wagered. The earning rate may differ slightly between game categories as stated in the VIP Programme details page.
• Tier upgrades are applied automatically once the required cumulative point threshold is reached.
• Tier benefits — including improved cashback rates and withdrawal priority — apply from the date of upgrade.
• Diamond tier is by invitation only and is reserved for the platform's highest-volume active players.
• VIP points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or redeemed outside of the programme mechanics.
• 2G Bat reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, earning rates or benefits with reasonable notice to affected players.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

2G Bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it is determined that the account holder has breached these Terms and Conditions. Grounds for suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Operating multiple accounts, whether personally or in coordination with another individual.
• Using automated software, bots or any third-party tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in betting or gaming.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, chargebacks or any other financial misconduct.
• Abusing bonuses, promotions or the VIP programme in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation.
• Being found to be under the age of 18 at any point during account use.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any eligible balance held at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to your verified payment method after standard processing checks.

8 Privacy and Data Use

2G Bat collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, verification, payment processing and platform operation. The types of data collected, how it is stored and how it is used are described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors such as JazzCash or Easypaisa as part of transaction processing, and with identity verification services where required.

• You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you.
• You may request corrections to inaccurate data at any time through the support channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

• 2G Bat will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, delayed payouts caused by third-party payment providers, or events outside of our reasonable control.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to follow the terms of any active bonus or promotion.
• In any dispute, 2G Bat's records of account activity, bets placed, and transactions processed will be considered the authoritative source of truth.

11 Changes to These Terms

2G Bat reserves the right to revise, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are significant, we may notify account holders through an in-platform message or by the contact details registered on the account.

Your continued use of the 2G Bat platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with an updated version of these terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure.
